The construction of the new sports hall in Zlatar Bistrica recently started. The old sports hall on the site was destroyed in fire in 2016. The new two-part sports hall is designed for the local  community and sport clubs. The new sports hall should become a catalyst for the social, recreational and sporting life of the local community.
